Butterfly recovery: A case study in collaboration

Over a dozen different agencies, many landowners, and scores of volunteers have worked together to plan and implement a recovery strategy for the federally endangered Mitchell's satyr butterfly. This case study will demonstrate how a land trust is working with partners including the US FWS, Toledo Zoo, and private landowners to protect and restore critical fen habitat in the Midwest.
